What You'll Be Doing
Develop a global mindset by collaborating with colleagues from other regions
Build a range of both business and technical skills
Rotate within related business functions or across departments, subject to availability and business needs
Deepen your knowledge of the industry under the mentorship and guidance of functional team leaders, working toward becoming a key contributor to meaningful business projects
Interact with senior management teams and the alumni GTT network
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduates (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from any discipline, or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
Technical expertise and experience relevant to your area of interest
A strong passion for new technologies such as Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
Notable personal achievements, such as strong academics, extracurricular activities or internships, outstanding skills, or insight in areas of personal interest
High motivation, strong ownership and accountability, and a genuine drive to make an impact early in your career
