What You'll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Support financial reporting for a company operating at the forefront of blockchain and DeFi innovation
Collaborate cross-functionally with treasury, compliance, and finance teams to ensure accurate recording of digital asset transactions
Assist with audits, ensuring alignment with both traditional accounting standards and emerging crypto-asset regulatory frameworks
Help maintain robust internal controls across financial systems supporting stablecoin and payment network operations
Contribute to process improvements that scale with the rapid growth of web3 financial infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Solid foundation in UK GAAP and/or IFRS, with strong attention to detail
Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or similar fast-paced environments
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, digital assets, and distributed systems
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across global, remote-friendly teams
Bonus Points
Experience working with digital assets, stablecoins, or crypto-native companies
Familiarity with blockchain-based payment rails or smart contract-driven financial products
Exposure to regulatory reporting within the crypto or fintech space
Experience using modern accounting or ERP systems in a scaling tech environment
