You'll work alongside traders, risk teams, and technologists to ensure our credit business runs smoothly as we scale institutional access to crypto, DeFi, and digital asset liquidity. What You'll Be Doing
Support day-to-day credit operations across FalconX's institutional crypto and DeFi lending products
Monitor and reconcile positions, collateral, and settlements tied to digital asset and smart contract-based transactions
Partner with Risk, Trading, and Engineering teams to streamline credit workflows and reduce operational friction
Help build and refine processes that scale with the growth of decentralized finance and distributed ledger technologies
Identify operational gaps and propose data-driven improvements to credit monitoring systems
Prepare reporting and analysis to support internal stakeholders and external counterparties
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in financial operations, credit, or risk — crypto/web3 exposure a plus
Strong analytical skills with comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, crypto market structure, or smart contracts
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or data tools a bonus
Bonus Points
Prior experience in a crypto-native or DeFi-focused organization
Understanding of digital asset custody, collateral management, or on-chain settlement
Exposure to credit risk frameworks within traditional or decentralized finance
Curiosity about distributed ledger technology and its application to institutional finance
