About This Role
As Head of Business Development, you'll be the architect of Salsa Valley's partnership ecosystem, forging alliances that bridge Web2 audiences with our decentralized, token-powered world. What You'll Be Doing
Design and execute a partnership strategy that accelerates Salsa Valley's reach across Web2 and Web3 ecosystems
Own the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiating smart contract-backed agreements and long-term relationship management
Cultivate a network of strategic allies, investors, and crypto-industry influencers who believe in our vision
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure every deal integrates seamlessly into our broader roadmap
Lead high-stakes negotiations to close collaborations that drive measurable growth
Track emerging trends across DeFi, GameFi, and distributed ledger technology to spot untapped opportunities before competitors do
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated business development experience within gaming, entertainment, or blockchain sectors
A track record of structuring and closing strategic B2B partnerships and sales agreements
Sharp strategic instincts with an eye for identifying scalable growth opportunities
Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain innovation and immersive, token-driven entertainment products
Confident negotiation skills with experience leading contract discussions end-to-end
A collaborative mindset suited to fast-moving, cross-functional crypto teams
An existing network of industry contacts is a strong plus
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to decentralized applications or NFT-based ecosystems
Familiarity with token economics and community-driven growth models
Experience working within a remote-first, globally distributed startup
