We’re looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Blockchain Application Engineer to help shape the future of payments at the intersection of blockchain innovation and AI-powered development. In this role, AI isn’t an add-on—it’s embedded in every stage of the engineering process, from architecture and coding to testing and optimization, with copilots and agents acting as true partners to accelerate delivery. You’ll design and build applications that bridge traditional payment rails with decentralized protocols, ensuring seamless and reliable transaction flows, while working with a modern tech stack that includes Go, microservices, and AI-driven automation. Collaborating with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams, you’ll create secure, scalable, and industry-leading financial products in a fast-paced environment where innovation is constant, delivery speed is amplified by AI, and your work directly shapes how money moves around the world.
What You Will Be Doing From day one, you’ll be building at the frontier where blockchain innovation meets next-generation payment infrastructure. AI won’t just be a tool in your toolkit—it will be at the very core of how you design, develop, and deliver. You’ll work alongside a team that treats AI agents and copilots as integral members of the engineering squad, accelerating everything from architecture planning to deployment. One week, you might be architecting a bridge between a traditional payment processor and a blockchain protocol, letting funds move seamlessly across rails. The next, you could be using AI-assisted code generation to spin up and test microservices in hours instead of days, or leveraging AI-driven analytics to fine-tune transaction throughput in real time.
You’ll dive deep into blockchain frameworks, experiment with new smart contract patterns, and continuously fold AI automation into the development lifecycle—cutting down feedback loops and letting you focus on the high-impact decisions. Collaboration will be constant, whether you’re translating complex compliance requirements into technical solutions or iterating with the product team to launch features that push the boundaries of what’s possible in payments.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and evolve high-performance blockchain-enabled payment applications, using AI copilots and agents to accelerate design, coding, and testing. Create seamless bridges between traditional financial systems and decentralized protocols, ensuring transactions flow smoothly across rails with minimal latency. Drive architectural decisions in collaboration with the team, applying AI-assisted modeling and analysis to validate scalability, security, and performance. Continuously refine and optimize our systems by leveraging AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, and performance tuning. Integrate emerging blockchain frameworks and smart contract designs, pairing them with AI automation to shorten development cycles. Champion code quality and security by embedding AI-powered testing, static analysis, and vulnerability scanning into the development workflow. Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing research into both blockchain innovations and AI development tools, ensuring our platform remains at the industry forefront. Requirements: Nearly7 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of building high-quality, scalable applications. 3-5 years of hands-on experience building applications that interact with blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, nodes, wallets, and explorers). 1-2 years of experience developing with Go (Golang) in a professional environment. A strong understanding of microservice architecture and experience designing, developing, and debugging RESTful web services. Solid knowledge of traditional and blockchain-based payment flows and financial systems. Comfortable and proficient in building software with the assistance of AI agents or AI copilots . You are a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, thrives on complex challenges, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Ability to communicate effectively in English, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
