About This Role
We're seeking a seasoned Blockchain Architect to own end-to-end solution strategy for digital asset and tokenization platforms built on distributed ledger technology. You'll bridge institutional finance with decentralized systems, designing architectures that power digital securities issuance, custody workflows, and real-world asset tokenization. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise software engineering and cutting-edge web3 innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect scalable, secure solutions spanning backend microservices, React/Next.js frontends, and smart contract layers
Design and oversee deployment of smart contracts across EVM-compatible networks and enterprise blockchain platforms like Hyperledger Besu and Kaleido
Define integration patterns connecting traditional financial systems with decentralized protocols and distributed ledgers
Lead architecture reviews and technical governance for tokenization, digital custody, and DeFi-adjacent workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver institutional-grade crypto infrastructure
Mentor development teams on blockchain best practices, smart contract security, and distributed systems design
What We're Looking For
8+ years in software architecture, with 3+ years focused on blockchain, crypto, or distributed ledger technologies
Deep expertise in smart contract development, EVM networks, and enterprise blockchain frameworks (Hyperledger Besu, Kaleido, or similar)
Strong full-stack background with React/Next.js and scalable backend service design
Proven experience architecting tokenization platforms, digital securities, or institutional custody solutions
Excellent communication skills for translating complex web3 concepts to technical and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of security best practices within decentralized and smart contract environments
Bonus Points
Experience with real-world asset (RWA) tokenization projects
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain interoperability solutions
Background in regulated financial services or digital asset custody
Contributions to open-source blockchain or web3 projects
