What You'll Be Doing
Design and deploy robust smart contracts and distributed ledger solutions tailored to financial services use cases
Build and maintain blockchain applications across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and proprietary enterprise platforms
Collaborate closely with solution architects, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable crypto-native systems
Optimize smart contract performance, security, and gas efficiency across multiple distributed ledger environments
Contribute to technical architecture decisions shaping the firm's broader web3 and DeFi strategy
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across decentralized infrastructure in production environments
What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience developing smart contracts and blockchain applications in a professional setting
Strong proficiency with Solidity and/or other smart contract languages relevant to Ethereum-compatible chains
Practical experience working with distributed ledger technologies such as Hedera, Algorand, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized system design
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with architects and product teams
Background in financial services or regulated industries is highly valued
Bonus Points
Experience with enterprise blockchain frameworks or permissioned ledger systems
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, token standards, and crypto wallet integrations
Exposure to Layer 2 scaling solutions or interoperability protocols
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or web3 developer communities
