What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts that power decentralized applications and DeFi protocols
Architect scalable blockchain infrastructure capable of handling real-world transaction volume
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and security teams to ship robust distributed systems
Conduct rigorous code audits and testing to safeguard against vulnerabilities and exploits
Optimize gas efficiency and contract performance across multiple blockchain networks
Stay ahead of emerging protocols, consensus mechanisms, and crypto standards to keep our stack cutting-edge
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building and deploying smart contracts (Solidity or similar) in production environments
Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals—consensus algorithms, cryptography, and distributed systems architecture
Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, or other major blockchain ecosystems
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with autonomy and accountability
Solid understanding of security best practices specific to smart contract development
Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for decentralized technology
Bonus Points
Experience contributing to open-source web3 projects or protocols
Familiarity with DeFi primitives—AMMs, lending protocols, staking mechanisms
Knowledge of cross-chain interoperability solutions and bridge architecture
Background in formal verification or smart contract auditing
