What You'll Be Doing
Lead strategic planning and execution for the bank's new digital assets business line
Advise senior stakeholders on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tokenization integration strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to design frameworks for digital wallets and crypto custody solutions
Translate complex distributed ledger concepts into actionable business requirements
Support the rollout of smart contract-enabled products and DeFi-adjacent services
Identify regulatory, operational, and technical considerations unique to digital asset adoption in banking
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience delivering digital transformation or fintech strategy projects
Proven understanding of blockchain, crypto, and tokenization fundamentals
Strong consulting background with experience advising senior banking leadership
Ability to bridge the gap between traditional finance operations and emerging decentralized technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within structured, regulated enterprise environments
Bonus Points
Direct experience launching or scaling digital asset products within a bank or financial institution
Familiarity with crypto custody solutions, digital wallet infrastructure, or smart contract platforms
Background in DeFi protocols or distributed systems architecture
Knowledge of Canadian financial regulatory frameworks related to digital assets
