About the Role

RWAurix Capital Technologies is an early-stage financial technology company preparing to establish and launch a new company in San Francisco, California, with operations planned to begin on December 20, 2026.

Our focus is on building institutional-grade financial technology and market infrastructure across digital assets and real-world assets (RWA), connecting emerging digital markets with modern financial services and technology.

As we prepare for launch and long-term expansion, RWAurix is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join the executive leadership team and build the company's product organization and product strategy from the ground up.

The CPO will own the company's overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, development priorities, and product operating model. This executive will work closely with technology, engineering, market strategy, operations, compliance, risk, and customer teams to transform complex financial-market requirements into scalable institutional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's overall product vision and long-term product strategy.
• Build the product organization, operating model, processes, and product-development standards from the ground up.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with RWAurix's strategic and commercial objectives.
• Lead product development across digital assets, real-world assets, financial technology, and institutional market infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for new financial products, digital platforms, data solutions, and institutional services.
• Translate complex market and customer requirements into clear product specifications and development priorities.
• Partner closely with engineering and technology teams throughout product design, development, testing, and launch.
• Establish disciplined product discovery, prioritization, development, and lifecycle-management processes.
• Work with customer leadership to incorporate institutional client needs and market feedback into product strategy.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure products are developed with appropriate controls and governance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, market structures, and financial infrastructure relevant to digital assets and RWA.
• Develop product performance metrics and use data to guide product investment and prioritization.
• Evaluate competitive positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Lead product launch strategies and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Establish scalable product governance and decision-making frameworks.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop product leaders and product-management teams as the company expands.
• Present product strategy, performance, opportunities, and risks to executive leadership.
• Ensure the product organization remains aligned with customer needs, technology capabilities, and long-term company strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, financial technology, financial services, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• Significant leadership experience as a Chief Product Officer, VP of Product, Head of Product, or comparable senior product executive.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling product organizations and product-development processes.
• Strong understanding of FinTech, financial markets, digital assets, institutional financial technology, or capital-markets infrastructure.
• Experience developing sophisticated B2B, institutional, or financial technology products is highly valued.
• Understanding of digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, custody, settlement, or real-world asset technology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and technical requirements into commercially viable products.
• Experience working closely with engineering, technology, compliance, risk, operations, and commercial teams.
• Experience supporting an early-stage company, new business launch, or rapidly scaling organization is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, customer research, product-market fit, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, and executive leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
