As Head of Accounting, you won't just manage numbers—you'll help build the financial infrastructure supporting cutting-edge products like the BesTrade DeAI Agent and the broader AIxC ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing
Lead the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across both traditional finance and digital asset operations
Develop robust accounting frameworks for crypto holdings, token transactions, and DeFi-related activities
Oversee financial reporting, SEC filings, and audit processes specific to a U.S.-listed blockchain company
Partner with engineering and product teams to understand smart contract-driven revenue models and token economics
Build and mentor an accounting team capable of scaling with a rapidly growing Web3 enterprise
Implement internal controls that address the unique risks and opportunities of distributed systems and digital assets
What We're Looking For
CPA required, with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company reporting
Demonstrated expertise managing accounting for digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-based transactions
Deep understanding of GAAP as applied to emerging crypto and decentralized finance structures
Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling finance teams
Excellent communication skills to translate complex blockchain accounting concepts for stakeholders and auditors
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Bonus Points
Prior experience at a blockchain, Web3, or crypto-native company
Familiarity with token issuance, smart contract auditing, or DeFi protocols
Experience navigating SEC compliance for digital asset companies
Knowledge of AI-integrated financial technologies
