You'll work at the cutting edge of crypto law, guiding clients through complex token issuances, venture financings, and groundbreaking DeFi transactions — all while working alongside top legal minds in a firm known for its sophisticated blockchain practice.
What You'll Be Doing
Counsel crypto-native and web3 companies on sophisticated transactional matters, including venture capital financings and corporate structuring
Guide clients through crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances from concept to execution
Structure and execute primary and secondary sales of tokens and digital assets across global markets
Design offshore entity structures tailored to token issuances and distributed ledger-based offerings
Advise on smart contracts, decentralized protocols, and novel financial instruments emerging in the DeFi space
Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, tax, and litigation teams to deliver holistic counsel on blockchain matters
What We're Looking For
J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
Prior experience advising clients on corporate transactions involving blockchain, crypto, or digital assets
Strong understanding of venture financing structures and startup corporate governance
Familiarity with token economics, smart contract mechanics, and decentralized protocol design
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-counseling skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
Bonus Points
Experience structuring offshore entities for crypto issuers
Background advising DeFi protocols, DAOs, or NFT marketplaces
Exposure to cross-border digital asset regulatory frameworks
Prior in-house or startup experience within the web3 ecosystem
