About This Role
This isn't your average research gig—it's a front-row seat to the evolution of web3, DeFi protocols, and emerging token economies. You'll work alongside a community built on education, innovation, and founder support, helping translate complex blockchain developments into clear, digestible analysis that empowers students, builders, and investors alike.
What You'll Be Doing
Monitor and analyze trends across crypto markets, decentralized finance protocols, and emerging smart contract platforms
Produce well-researched reports on blockchain projects, tokenomics, and distributed network fundamentals
Track regulatory developments and macro trends shaping the broader web3 ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content, education initiatives, and founder resources
Evaluate on-chain data and protocol metrics to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Present findings in a clear, accessible format for both technical and non-technical audiences
What We're Looking For
Strong foundational knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting on-chain data, whitepapers, or protocol documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex crypto concepts simply
Self-starter energy with comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, computer science, or related field
Genuine passion for distributed systems and the future of decentralized finance
Bonus Points
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, DAOs, or layer-1/layer-2 blockchain ecosystems
Experience with smart contract auditing tools or on-chain analytics platforms
Prior involvement in crypto research, trading desks, or blockchain communities
Active participation in web3 forums, hackathons, or open-source blockchain projects
