This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech at the frontier of distributed ledger technology and B2B payments. You'll be the trusted voice guiding clients through multi-currency e-money accounts, corporate IBANs, and stablecoin-powered solutions—ensuring every customer interaction reflects the innovation happening behind the scenes in our blockchain infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning end-to-end relationships with B2B clients using our crypto-integrated payments platform
Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams spanning product, compliance, and engineering
Educating clients on how stablecoins, smart contracts, and blockchain rails enhance their payment operations
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client onboarding and reduce friction in digital asset adoption
Monitoring account health metrics and driving retention strategies across our decentralized payments ecosystem
Collaborating cross-functionally to relay customer feedback that shapes our DeFi-adjacent product roadmap
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role within fintech or payments
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex blockchain and crypto concepts into accessible language
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where web3 and traditional finance converge
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
A genuine curiosity about distributed ledger technology, stablecoins, and the future of decentralized finance
Bonus Points
Prior experience supporting clients within a crypto, blockchain, or digital assets business
Familiarity with corporate banking products like multi-currency IBANs or cross-border payment rails
Exposure to compliance or regulatory considerations within crypto-fiat hybrid platforms
