As our DAO Strategy Specialist, you'll design and refine the governance frameworks that power our decentralized autonomous organization, directly influencing how our community interacts with smart contracts, treasury management, and on-chain decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect and iterate on DAO governance models that balance decentralization with operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate governance policies into functional smart contracts
Analyze voting patterns, proposal outcomes, and treasury allocations to optimize decentralized decision-making
Partner with tokenomics and legal teams to ensure governance structures align with regulatory and business goals
Develop educational resources that empower token holders to participate meaningfully in governance
Monitor emerging trends across DeFi and blockchain governance to keep our DAO competitive and resilient
What We're Looking For
Proven experience working within DAOs, blockchain governance, or decentralized finance ecosystems
Strong understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, and on-chain voting mechanisms
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex governance data into actionable strategy
Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and broader token-holder communities
Familiarity with real-world asset tokenization or digital asset liquidity platforms is a strong plus
Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving web3 environment
Bonus Points
Experience drafting or reviewing governance proposals within established DAOs
Technical fluency in smart contract auditing or Solidity basics
Background in traditional finance paired with crypto-native expertise
Active participation in blockchain governance forums or decentralized communities
