Developer Relations (Content + OSS)
About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development of a cutting-edge open-source framework, impact a global developer community, and collaborate on innovative Web3 technologies. You'll blend hands-on coding with community engagement to empower thousands of developers.
What You'll Be Doing
Contribute directly to the OSS framework, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and cutting-edge TypeScript practices.
Create compelling demos, documentation, and tutorials to showcase framework capabilities and drive adoption.
Actively engage with the community on Discord/Twitter, troubleshooting issues and gathering feedback.
Promote the framework through technical content, workshops, and real-world use case examples.
Collaborate with contributors to review code, design architecture, and evolve the project roadmap.
Champion best practices in TypeScript, including rigorous testing, clean code, and modular design.
Represent Xava Labs at virtual events and developer forums.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional TypeScript/JavaScript experience.
Passion for open-source culture and community-driven development.
Proven ability to create technical content (docs, tutorials, demos) and engage developers on Discord/Twitter.
Expertise in building high-quality, well-tested libraries/frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills for technical discussions and public advocacy.
Bonus Points
Experience with AI/agent systems, Web3, or decentralized technologies.
