As a Digital Assets Product Specialist, you'll help define how tokenized instruments, crypto derivatives, and DeFi-adjacent products integrate into one of the world's most trusted multi-asset trading platforms. You'll work at the intersection of market structure expertise and cutting-edge distributed systems, directly influencing how thousands of institutional clients access digital asset markets.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive the design and rollout of digital asset trading products, translating blockchain market dynamics into scalable platform features
Partner with engineering and trading desks to evaluate smart contract-based settlement models and crypto market infrastructure
Analyze trading data across digital and traditional asset classes to identify growth opportunities in decentralized finance
Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on crypto, tokenization trends, and distributed ledger market developments
Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, risk, and technology teams to ensure robust, compliant digital asset workflows
Support client-facing teams with product documentation, training, and go-to-market strategy for new crypto offerings
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in capital markets, fintech, or blockchain-related product/operations roles
Strong understanding of digital asset market structure, crypto trading mechanics, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with smart contracts, tokenized securities, or distributed ledger settlement systems
Exceptional analytical skills with comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving crypto landscape
Strong communication skills to translate complex blockchain concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field
Bonus Points
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or blockchain infrastructure firm
Working knowledge of Ethereum, Layer 2 networks, or institutional custody solutions
Exposure to regulatory frameworks governing digital assets and distributed trading systems
