About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of traditional finance and web3 innovation, within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial trading-floor culture. You'll have genuine ownership over digital asset products that directly shape how clients access decentralized markets, working shoulder-to-shoulder with trading, sales, and technology leaders to challenge convention and build what doesn't yet exist.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive the design and delivery of new digital asset and blockchain-based market products from concept through launch
Partner closely with trading, sales, and engineering teams to translate smart contract capabilities into scalable client solutions
Identify opportunities within DeFi and distributed finance ecosystems that can be adapted for institutional use cases
Own end-to-end execution of digital markets initiatives, balancing speed with regulatory and risk considerations
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technologists to ensure blockchain solutions meet real market needs
Mentor and influence cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of innovation around crypto and decentralized technologies
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in markets, trading, or digital assets within a major financial institution or crypto-native firm
Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and how distributed ledger technology applies to capital markets
Track record of launching products or initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior trading, sales, and tech partners
Comfort operating in a high-ownership, entrepreneurial setting with direct client exposure
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex, novel market structures
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols, tokenization, or digital asset custody solutions
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks shaping institutional crypto adoption
Prior exposure to building or scaling blockchain-based trading platforms
Network within the broader web3 and distributed systems community
