What You'll Be Doing
Support daily operational workflows tied to digital asset products and blockchain-based investment vehicles
Assist in monitoring and reconciling crypto-related transactions and distributed ledger activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes around smart contract execution and settlement
Help research emerging trends in decentralized finance and tokenized assets
Contribute to internal reporting on digital asset performance and operational risk
Partner with senior team members on special projects involving blockchain integration initiatives
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and distributed systems
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus
Bonus Points
Prior coursework, certifications, or personal projects involving blockchain or smart contracts
Exposure to crypto trading platforms, wallets, or DeFi protocols
Experience with programming languages relevant to distributed ledger systems
