What You'll Be Doing
Architect and develop high-performance backend systems in Rust that power our blockchain ecosystem
Design and implement smart contracts and distributed protocols supporting enterprise-grade DeFi applications
Build scalable infrastructure connecting DePIN networks with traditional business operations
Collaborate directly with founding leadership to define technical roadmaps and product strategy
Optimize system performance, security, and reliability across decentralized applications
Mentor future engineering hires as the team scales alongside company growth
What We're Looking For
Proven senior-level experience writing production-grade Rust code
Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems design
Hands-on experience building or integrating smart contracts and on-chain protocols
Strong grasp of crypto economics, tokenomics, or DeFi infrastructure
Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with equity-based, part-time cofounder arrangements
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience with DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) projects
Prior contributions to Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain protocols
Familiarity with enterprise Web2-to-Web3 integration challenges
Previous startup or cofounder experience in the crypto space
