Event Design Coordinator (Remote / Europe)
About This Role
Tether is looking for an Event Design Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creative production and operational precision. You'll be the connective tissue between stakeholders across our web3 ecosystem and the design team, ensuring every booth, deck, and digital asset reflects the caliber of the world's leading stablecoin issuer. What You'll Be Doing
Act as the central point of contact for event-related creative requests flowing in from teams across Tether's blockchain, data, energy, and education divisions
Scope incoming requests thoroughly — deliverable type, format, dimensions, deadlines, and brand guidelines — before work begins
Partner closely with designers to transform fast-turnaround briefs into polished booth graphics, signage, decks, swag, and digital assets
Proactively identify risks across timelines, print specifications, brand consistency, or vendor logistics before they escalate
Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables, catching misaligned bleeds, missing dielines, or vendor slippage early
Keep multiple concurrent event projects organized and moving smoothly across global time zones
What We're Looking For
Proven experience coordinating creative production for live events, trade shows, or conferences
Strong understanding of both print and digital production specs (bleeds, dielines, formats, resolutions)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to triage competing priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent English communication skills for coordinating across a distributed, global team
A detail-obsessed mindset that catches problems before they become costly mistakes
Comfort working remotely within a fast-paced, rapidly scaling crypto and fintech environment
Bonus Points
Prior experience supporting events for blockchain, DeFi, or fintech companies
Familiarity with vendor management for international print and signage production
Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to communicate effectively with creative teams
Experience building scalable intake processes or creative request systems
