What You'll Be Doing
Publish incisive, data-backed research on crypto and digital asset markets that informs institutional client strategy
Analyze blockchain market structure, liquidity flows, and DeFi ecosystem developments to identify emerging trends ahead of consensus
Build and maintain quantitative models tracking crypto derivatives, smart contract platforms, and distributed ledger activity
Collaborate closely with FX strategists, traders, and sales teams to deliver timely, differentiated market views
Present research findings directly to institutional clients through written notes, calls, and in-person briefings
Monitor regulatory, macro, and technological catalysts shaping the broader crypto and decentralized finance landscape
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of experience in financial markets research, with demonstrated expertise in crypto, blockchain, or digital asset analysis
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data and challenge prevailing market narratives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to institutional client audiences
Solid understanding of market microstructure across crypto spot and derivatives markets
Self-starter mentality with the confidence to form and defend independent, differentiated views
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field
Bonus Points
Hands-on familiarity with DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology
Prior experience covering crypto derivatives or structured digital asset products
Existing network within the web3 and institutional crypto research community
Programming or data science skills applied to blockchain analytics
