What You'll Be Doing
Supporting financial reporting and audit processes for clients operating across the blockchain, crypto, and decentralized finance landscape
Analyzing digital asset transactions, smart contracts, and token-based financial instruments
Collaborating with Web3 founders and blockchain engineers to understand novel business models and distributed architectures
Applying AI-driven tools to streamline traditional accounting workflows
Building technical fluency in crypto accounting standards, tokenomics, and decentralized protocols
Progressing through ACA exams with structured study support and mentorship
What We're Looking For
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technologies
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an interest in applying them to finance
A degree (or equivalent) demonstrating academic capability—finance background not required
Comfort with technology, coding concepts, or AI tools
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and financial conversations
Drive to qualify as a Chartered Accountant while working in an emerging industry
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or crypto exchanges
Personal projects involving blockchain development or crypto trading
Familiarity with Web3 wallets, tokens, or distributed ledger fundamentals
