Startale Groupは、チェーン・ステーブルコイン・決済・アプリという、オンチェーン金融に必要な全レイヤーを垂直統合で開発する企業だ。SBIグループと共同構築する完全分散型取引所「Strium」、信託型円建てステーブルコイン「JPYSC」、ソニーグループ合弁のエンタメ特化ブロック チェーン「Soneium」——これら分散型インフラの入口となるのが「Startale App」。数百万、その先の数億ユーザーを見据えるこのプロダクトのグロース戦略を、企画から実行まで一気通貫で担う仕事だ。広報・PRではなく、ファネルと数字の中に居続け、スマートコントラクトやDeFi的な新しい金融体験をマスに届けるグロースマーケティングそのものである。
What You'll Be Doing
Startale Appのローンチ・新機能のGo-to-Market戦略を設計し、ポジショニング・メッセージング・ユーザー価値を定義する
オーガニック／コミュニティ／ペイドを横断し、獲得からリテンションまでファネル全域を実験とA/Bテストで最適化する
技術的なブロックチェーン・crypto関連アップデートを、ユーザーが動けるコンテンツ（LP・ブログ・SNS・アプリ内通知）に翻訳する
プロダクトグロース指標とオンチェーン指標の両面から成果を計測し、Productチームへ意思決定可能な示唆を還元する
クリプト・ステーブルコイン・分散型金融商品をめぐる日本の規制環境を理解し、規制当局と直接対話しながら日本市場で成立するローンチを実現する
PdM・デザイナー・コミュニティチームと日々連携し、一貫したメッセージと体験を全チャネルで構築する
What We're Looking For
社会人経験4〜7年、デジタルプロダクト（特にコンシューマーアプリ）でのGrowth／Product／Digitalマーケティング経験
プロダクトや機能のローンチを企画から実行まで完遂し、獲得・ファネル・売上指標への影響を自分の意思決定として語れること
GTM戦略とプロダクトポジショニングへの確かな理解
オーガニック・コミュニティ・ペイドを横断したグロースキャンペーンの実行実績
データドリブンな意思決定力とキャンペーン効果測定スキル
日本語ネイティブ・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（社内公用語は英語）
Bonus Points
Fintech・SaaS・ゲーム・Web3領域でのコンシューマーテック経験
Mixpanel / Amplitude / Google Analyticsなどプロダクトアナリティクスツールの実務経験
規制制約下（日本のFintech・クリプト）でのマーケティング・GTM実行経験
ブロックチェーン・デジタルアセット・ウォレット・dAppへの理解
