Startale Appはローンチ直後の急成長フェーズにあり、すでに月間17万ユーザーを獲得しています。このポジションは、広報やPRではなく、ファネル・実験・数字にコミットし、分散型金融（DeFi）プロダクトの価値をユーザー獲得・定着・成長に転換する、極めて実務的なグロースマーケティングの役割です。クリプト規制という難易度の高い環境で、日本市場において実際に機能するGo-to-Market戦略を自らの手で構築できる、稀有な機会です。
What You'll Be Doing
Startale Appのローンチおよび新機能のGo-to-Market戦略を設計し、Product・Design・Communityを横断して一貫性のある展開を実現
オーガニック・コミュニティ・ペイドを横断したグロースキャンペーンを実行し、獲得からリテンションまでのファネル全体を最適化
技術的なブロックチェーン・スマートコントラクトのアップデートを、ユーザーが理解し行動できるコンテンツへ翻訳
A/Bテストや実験を設計・実施し、オンチェーン指標を含むプロダクトグロース指標でキャンペーン成果を計測
日本におけるステーブルコイン・暗号資産関連の規制環境を把握し、規制当局と直接対話しながらProductチームと連携
PdM・デザイナー・コミュニティマネージャーと日々連携し、分散型プロダクトの体験とメッセージングを一貫させる
What We're Looking For
社会人経験4〜7年、デジタルプロダクト（特にコンシューマーアプリ）におけるグロース・マーケティング実務経験
プロダクトやFeatureのローンチを企画から実行まで完遂し、数値インパクトを自分の意思決定として語れること
GTM戦略とプロダクトポジショニングに関する確かな理解
データドリブンな意思決定力——キャン ペーン成果とユーザー行動を計測し、軌道修正できる分析力
日本語ネイティブ、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（社内公用語は英語）
複数プロジェクトを高速で並行して進める実行力とコミュニケーション力
Bonus Points
Fintech・SaaS・ゲーム・Web3領域でのコンシューマーテック経験
Mixpanel、Amplitude、Google Analyticsなどのプロダクトアナリティクスツール活用経験
規制制約下（日本のFintech・クリプト）でのマーケティング・GTM実行経験
ブロックチェーン、デジタルアセット、ウォレット、dAppsに関する理解
