What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Consensus and related blockchain gatherings
Build and manage relationships with key sponsors, speakers, and partners across the web3 ecosystem
Collaborate cross-functionally with media, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics to deliver flawless, high-impact experiences
Identify emerging trends in decentralized finance and crypto culture to keep programming fresh and relevant
Mentor and manage a team of event professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience leading large-scale events, ideally within tech, finance, or crypto industries
Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized systems, and the broader web3 landscape
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executives and industry leaders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving crypto environment
Strong organizational instincts with an eye for detail and brand consistency
Bonus Points
Existing network within the crypto, DeFi, or smart contract development communities
Experience producing global conferences with 5,000+ attendees
Familiarity with token-based sponsorship or partnership models
Background in digital media or journalism within the blockchain space
