Head of Game Security
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the single intake point for all game and general security tech requirements directed to Product and Tech.
Own and prioritize the roadmap covering RTA/solver detection, bots, collusion, account takeover, multi-accounting, KYC, and payment and bonus abuse.
Write requirements, sign off on releases, and measure the impact of each tool.
Lead build-versus-buy decisions on vendors and data sources.
Manage and develop the game analyst team.
Own workflows end to end, including triage, investigation, sanctions, confiscations, and appeals.
Improve the current tech stack through better rules, thresholds, and automation.
Track fraud trends in online poker and crypto gambling, and brief leadership monthly.
Coordinate threat handling with PRM, Support, Payments, BI, and Agents.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in game integrity, fraud, or trust and safety, including at least 2 years leading a team.
Online poker or real-money gaming experience strongly preferred.
Strong technical depth: SQL, enough Python to prototype detection logic, and a working understanding of how game servers, clients, and anti-cheat systems fit together.
Hands-on knowledge of current poker threats, including RTA/solver use, bots, collusion, chip dumping, ghosting, and multi-accounting, and how they're detected.
A track record of owning a tech roadmap: writing requirements, prioritizing with engineers, and measuring results.
Sound investigative judgment and clear written evidence that holds up to player appeals.
Bonus Points
Experience with crypto payments, on-chain analysis, or AML.
Familiarity with GTO solvers and statistical or ML-based player profiling.
Experience with device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics, or anti-bot vendors.
