JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute the infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives and future growth plans.
Design highly available, scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure architecture for a mission-critical 24/7 transaction platform.
Establish infrastructure standards, technical procedures, and governance frameworks, while evaluating technology solutions and leading negotiations with vendors and technology partners.
Ensure platform availability of at least 99.99% through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, incident response, and operational readiness.
Lead capacity planning and performance optimization for high-throughput, low-latency transaction systems.
Manage data center and colocation environments, Hybrid Cloud infrastructure, and maintain robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
Build, operate, and maintain infrastructure documentation and compliance readiness to meet Level 4 Information Security requirements under applicable regulations.
Implement a multi-layered cybersecurity strategy covering access control, system hardening, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.
Establish and operate a 24/7 Security Operations Center with real-time security monitoring, analysis, and incident response capabilities.
Build and lead the Infrastructure and System Administration teams, while defining and managing KPIs and SLAs.
Drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code and introduce modern DevOps and SRE practices across deployment and operations.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve operating efficiency and optimize infrastructure costs without compromising performance or system stability. CAEX_JD_Head of Infrastructure
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in technology infrastructure, including a minimum of 4 years in a management position. Experience in financial services, securities, fintech, 24/7 transaction platforms, or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on expertise in Linux administration, virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM, containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, Hybrid Cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure, and large-scale Data or Data Warehouse infrastructure.
Deep understanding of network architecture, including TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPNs, together with HSM, encryption, and cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS protection, SOC, Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment.
Strong knowledge of applicable information security regulations, with practical experience implementing or operating systems compliant with Level 3-4 Information Security standards. Direct experience working with regulatory authorities during assessment or approval processes is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring or observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Strong leadership capabilities, including team management, budget control, vendor negotiation, incident management under high-pressure conditions, and proficient English communication skills.
Experience with Blockchain infrastructure, low-latency matching engines, hot/cold wallet infrastructure, or custody systems is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect, RHCE, CKA, or experience with standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS are considered strong advantages
