Infrastructure Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
Architect, deploy, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure across Substrate, Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana networks
Build and optimize energy-efficient Web2 applications using NodeJS, React, and NextJS to support decentralized platforms
Write and maintain automation scripts in Bash, Ansible, and TypeScript to streamline operations and boost system resilience
Manage codebases through Git while compiling and maintaining performant systems in Rust, GoLang, and C++
Monitor uptime, performance, and security across distributed ledger deployments
Collaborate cross-functionally with core engineering teams to scale infrastructure supporting smart contracts and DeFi protocols
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing blockchain or distributed systems infrastructure in production environments
Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Ansible, TypeScript)
Solid background in systems-level programming languages such as Rust, GoLang, or C++
Familiarity with multiple blockchain protocols including Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, or Substrate-based chains
Comfort working across both Web2 and Web3 technology stacks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced crypto environment
Bonus Points
Experience optimizing node infrastructure for energy efficiency and sustainability
Contributions to open-source blockchain or decentralized protocol projects
Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud-native deployment practices
Understanding of smart contract deployment pipelines and DeFi infrastructure needs
