As IT Support Lead, you won't just fix tickets; you'll design the technical backbone that supports engineers building open-source blockchain software used across the globe. What You'll Be Doing
Lead and mentor an IT support function serving a distributed, remote-first team of blockchain developers and operations staff
Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure, device management, and access control systems appropriate for a high-security crypto environment
Own IT onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring new hires in our decentralized organization are equipped from day one
Evaluate and roll out tools and SaaS platforms that support smart contracts development workflows and distributed collaboration
Partner with security and engineering teams to safeguard sensitive systems, wallets, and credentials against evolving threats
Build scalable IT policies and documentation that grow with Parity's expanding footprint in the blockchain space
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading IT support or systems administration, ideally within tech, crypto, or distributed-team environments
Strong working knowledge of device management, identity/access management, and endpoint security tools
Comfort supporting a globally distributed, remote-first workforce across time zones
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to balance hands-on troubleshooting with strategic IT planning
Genuine interest in blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies
Bonus Points
Experience supporting engineering teams working on open-source or DeFi projects
Familiarity with crypto-specific security practices (hardware wallets, key management, multisig)
Background in scaling IT operations for a rapidly growing organization
Exposure to Linux-based environments and infrastructure-as-code tools
