About This Role
This isn't your typical accounting gig — you'll be supporting the financial backbone of a company powering decentralized AI agents and next-gen distributed ledger products like BesTrade DeAI Agent and the broader AIxC ecosystem. It's a rare opportunity to apply traditional accounting discipline within a fast-moving blockchain and crypto environment, gaining exposure to how digital assets, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanics intersect with real-world financial reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
Process day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable tied to both fiat and crypto-based operations
Assist in reconciling digital asset transactions across blockchain wallets and exchanges
Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy across traditional and Web3 revenue streams
Help maintain compliance documentation relevant to crypto accounting standards and evolving regulatory frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, and treasury to track token-related financial activity
Prepare financial reports and support audits for a U.S.-listed blockchain-driven organization
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-2 years of accounting experience; internship or coursework exposure to crypto/blockchain accounting is a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP and general bookkeeping principles
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Eagerness to learn how distributed ledger technology impacts modern finance
Bonus Points
Familiarity with cryptocurrency transaction tracking or digital asset reconciliation tools
Understanding of smart contracts and how they influence token-based revenue recognition
Prior exposure to a Web3, DeFi, or blockchain-focused company
