About This Role
This isn't your typical accounting gig. You'll support the financial operations of a U.S.-listed company actively bridging Web2 and Web3 through products like the BesTrade DeAI Agent. It's a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to crypto accounting practices while building foundational finance skills in a fast-moving blockchain organization.
What You'll Be Doing
Process day-to-day accounting transactions, including those tied to digital asset and crypto-related activities
Assist with reconciliations across traditional and blockchain-based financial records
Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes for a company operating at the intersection of AI and decentralized finance
Maintain accurate ledgers reflecting both fiat and token-based transactions
Collaborate with senior finance and operations teams to ensure compliance with evolving crypto accounting standards
Prepare financial reports and documentation supporting audits and regulatory filings
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of accounting experience; internships or coursework in crypto/blockchain finance a plus
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, DeFi, and digital asset ecosystems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new financial frameworks
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to cryptocurrency transaction accounting or token valuation
Understanding of smart contracts and how they impact financial reporting
Familiarity with Web3 wallets, exchanges, or blockchain explorers
Interest in AI-driven financial infrastructure and decentralized systems
