Junior FP&A Analyst
About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to apply core financial planning skills inside a fast-moving crypto and distributed ledger ecosystem. You'll work directly with leadership teams building products like the BesTrade DeAI Agent, gaining hands-on exposure to how capital flows through decentralized finance models, smart contract-driven revenue streams, and AI-native business operations. What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across our AI and blockchain product lines
Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance metrics tied to Web3 product launches and DeFi-adjacent revenue streams
Prepare clear, data-driven reports that translate complex crypto and distributed systems metrics into actionable business insights
Support month-end close processes and assist in maintaining accurate financial records
Assist in identifying cost efficiencies and growth opportunities as the company scales its decentralized ecosystem
Collaborate with senior finance and operations leaders on strategic planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related operations function
Strong Excel/financial modeling skills with high attention to detail
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto markets, and decentralized technologies
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a contract-based role
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to crypto accounting, token economics, or smart contract-based revenue models
Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or Web2-to-Web3 business transitions
Experience working at a startup or publicly listed tech company
