About This Role
We're looking for a seasoned technical leader who can translate ambitious web3 strategy into resilient, scalable architecture. You'll own the technical vision for our distributed systems roadmap, guiding teams through the complexities of smart contract design, network security, and protocol-level innovation. This role offers rare influence over both the technology stack and the broader strategic direction of our blockchain initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect end-to-end blockchain solutions that balance scalability, security, and decentralization
Define standards for smart contract development, auditing, and deployment across multiple networks
Guide engineering teams in building interoperable systems that integrate with DeFi protocols and crypto exchanges
Evaluate emerging distributed ledger frameworks and recommend adoption strategies
Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals
Mentor engineers on best practices in distributed systems and decentralized application design
What We're Looking For
8+ years of software architecture experience, with significant time spent building blockchain or distributed systems
Deep expertise in smart contract languages (Solidity, Rust, or similar) and blockchain protocol design
Proven track record leading complex technical projects from concept to production
Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and network security
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving crypto or fintech environments
Bonus Points
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocol development
Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions, cross-chain bridges, or zero-knowledge proofs
Background in regulatory or compliance considerations within digital asset ecosystems
Experience architecting systems for institutional-grade crypto trading or custody platforms
