As Lead, Technical Compliance, you'll architect the systems, controls, and frameworks that keep our blockchain-powered products secure, compliant, and ready for institutional-grade adoption—shaping how the world interacts with decentralized finance.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and implementing technical compliance frameworks across crypto trading, custody, and DeFi-adjacent products
Partnering with engineering teams to embed compliance logic directly into smart contracts and platform infrastructure
Monitoring transaction surveillance systems to detect anomalies across blockchain networks
Translating evolving global crypto regulations into actionable technical requirements
Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, security, and product teams to ensure compliant innovation
Leading audits and assessments of compliance tooling supporting our distributed systems
What We're Looking For
5+ years in compliance, risk, or regulatory technology, ideally within crypto, fintech, or web3
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, digital asset transaction flows, and smart contract mechanics
Experience building or managing transaction monitoring and compliance automation tools
Familiarity with global crypto regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN, etc.)
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and regulatory stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in high-stakes environments
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges, or on-chain analytics tools
Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or blockchain-specific compliance credentials
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, custodian, or web3 infrastructure company
Familiarity with programming or querying blockchain data (SQL, Python, or similar)
