As Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of daily operations at a company redefining how institutions interact with distributed ledger technology, digital custody, and decentralized finance. This role offers a rare opportunity to support a regulated digital asset trust bank while working alongside teams building the infrastructure powering tomorrow's financial systems—no blockchain background required, just a passion for keeping things running flawlessly.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive environment for teams building crypto custody, staking, and settlement solutions
Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and facilities management across our Albany campus
Support onboarding and workplace experience initiatives for employees driving blockchain and DeFi innovation
Manage office budgets, supplies, and administrative processes with precision and foresight
Partner cross-functionally with People Ops, IT, and Security to maintain a compliant, secure workplace befitting a regulated digital asset institution
Plan company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities that reflect BitGo's culture of innovation
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or facilities coordination
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Comfort working in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment
Proficiency with office management software and tools
A genuine interest in or curiosity about blockchain, web3, and distributed systems is a plus
Bonus Points
Prior experience supporting fintech, banking, or crypto organizations
Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated financial environments
Experience managing multi-site or hybrid office operations
