About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of regulated banking and web3 innovation, building payment rails that connect traditional currencies with decentralized finance. You'll work directly with leadership to define strategic partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives that accelerate AMINA's mission to make crypto banking mainstream across our Swiss, Abu Dhabi, and Hong Kong hubs.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and execute payments strategy that bridges fiat rails with blockchain-based settlement systems
Identify and close strategic partnerships with payment providers, DeFi protocols, and crypto infrastructure players
Analyze market trends across distributed ledger technology and digital asset payments to spot new revenue opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and engineering teams to launch innovative payment solutions
Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients seeking seamless crypto-to-fiat payment experiences
Represent AMINA at industry events, positioning the bank as a thought leader in regulated digital asset banking
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in payments, fintech, or business development—ideally with exposure to blockchain or crypto ecosystems
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable strategy
Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, smart contracts, or decentralized finance applications is highly valued
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills within regulated financial environments
Analytical mindset capable of navigating both traditional banking frameworks and emerging web3 business models
Self-starter energy with comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving crypto industry
Bonus Points
Experience working within a licensed bank, crypto exchange, or digital asset custodian
Familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border crypto payments, or tokenized settlement systems
Existing network within the DeFi, blockchain, or institutional crypto space
