What You'll Be Doing
Define and own the product roadmap for core trading and investment features across our crypto platform
Translate market trends in DeFi, tokenization, and digital assets into actionable product strategy
Partner closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ship secure, scalable features built on blockchain infrastructure
Analyze user behavior and trading data to identify opportunities for improving the invest/trade funnel
Collaborate with smart contract engineers and security teams to ensure product integrity and regulatory alignment
Champion the voice of the customer while balancing business goals, market dynamics, and the fast-moving nature of Web3
What We're Looking For
3+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, trading platforms, or crypto/blockchain products
Strong understanding of digital asset markets, decentralized finance concepts, and crypto trading mechanics
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts—like smart contracts and distributed systems—into clear product requirements
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decision-making
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technological landscape
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with blockchain protocols, token economics, or on-chain trading systems
Familiarity with institutional crypto products or custody solutions
Background in financial services, trading systems, or market infrastructure
