About the team
Our Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, playing a vital role in Paxos' growth and market leadership. We work closely with product teams to shape roadmaps based on market insights, enable our sales organization with compelling narratives and materials, and drive successful product launches that resonate with our enterprise clients. The team combines deep technical understanding with strategic thinking to translate complex blockchain solutions into clear value propositions that drive adoption of Paxos' infrastructure and tokenized assets.
About the role
As the Product Marketing Lead for Stablecoins, you'll shape how we position and take to market Paxos' issuance capabilities and stablecoins. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for our tokenization platform, working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption of our assets including USDG and more to customers across exchanges, fintech, payments, defi, banking and many more. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence how we communicate complex technology to sophisticated enterprise clients while also supporting perception and awareness of broad market facing asset brands.
What you'll do
Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' stablecoin offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback
Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our stablecoins and tokenization capabilities
Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution
Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure
Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
About you
7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in B2B technology or financial services
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
