What You'll Be Doing
Define and champion the product vision for blockchain-based digital asset platforms, including tokenization and custody solutions
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams building smart contracts and DLT infrastructure
Partner with stakeholders across compliance, engineering, and operations to align crypto product roadmaps with market needs
Prioritize and manage product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital asset features
Evaluate emerging web3 trends and distributed ledger innovations to inform strategic decision-making
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business leadership on all blockchain initiatives
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within blockchain, crypto, or fintech environments
Deep functional knowledge of digital assets, tokenization mechanics, and distributed ledger technology
Strong understanding of smart contracts and their application within decentralized ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes settings
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in product delivery
Bonus Points
Hands-on familiarity with custody platforms or institutional-grade crypto infrastructure
Exposure to regulatory frameworks governing digital assets and DeFi
Background in enterprise blockchain platforms (Hyperledger, Corda, Ethereum-based solutions)
Certification in blockchain technology or product ownership (CSPO, etc.)
