What You'll Be Doing
Partner with executive leadership to define capital allocation strategy and financial roadmaps for a scaling web3 platform
Design and manage treasury operations, including crypto asset management, liquidity planning, and risk mitigation across volatile markets
Translate complex on-chain and off-chain financial data into clear, actionable strategic insights
Build robust governance structures, internal controls, and compliance frameworks suited for decentralized finance operations
Architect scalable financial systems and tooling to support rapid organizational growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and engineering teams to align financial strategy with smart contract deployments and protocol economics
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within crypto, DeFi, or high-growth tech environments
Deep understanding of treasury management, capital markets, and financial planning in volatile or emerging asset classes
Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals, tokenomics, and the operational realities of decentralized organizations
Track record of building financial controls and governance frameworks from the ground up
Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex financial concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with evolving priorities
Bonus Points
Direct experience managing multi-chain treasury portfolios or DAO treasuries
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, staking strategies, and on-chain yield mechanisms
Background in financial audits or regulatory compliance within crypto-native businesses
Experience working alongside smart contract engineering teams
