What You'll Be Doing
Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines that process on-chain and off-chain transaction data across our web3 ecosystem
Design robust ETL/ELT workflows to support analytics, compliance, and product teams working with smart contracts and decentralized applications
Partner cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to translate complex crypto datasets into actionable business intelligence
Build and optimize data warehouses and lakehouses capable of handling massive volumes of blockchain transaction data
Implement rigorous data quality, governance, and security standards appropriate for a regulated distributed ledger platform
Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices for data engineering within a fast-paced crypto environment
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or other high-scale distributed systems
Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and modern data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar)
Proven experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Snowflake) at enterprise scale
Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving, regulated crypto environment
A genuine curiosity about blockchain, DeFi, and the broader web3 landscape
Bonus Points
Direct experience working with blockchain data, on-chain analytics, or smart contract event logs
Familiarity with crypto market data, trading systems, or digital asset custody platforms
Exposure to decentralized finance protocols and tokenomics
Experience building data infrastructure within regulated financial institutions
