What You'll Be Doing
Architect and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure supporting Via's web3 data and identity protection platform
Design CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, reliable deployment of smart contracts and distributed applications
Strengthen system reliability and security posture across cloud and blockchain-integrated environments
Proactively identify infrastructure risks and lead remediation efforts without waiting for direction
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align DevOps practices with decentralized system requirements
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed ledger-based services for uptime and performance
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or similar, ideally supporting blockchain or crypto infrastructure
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks
Solid understanding of security best practices for distributed systems and smart contracts
Self-starter mentality — comfortable identifying problems and driving solutions independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and security teams
Bonus Points
Direct experience supporting DeFi protocols or decentralized identity solutions
Familiarity with blockchain node infrastructure and web3 tooling
Background in zero-trust security architecture
Experience working in fast-paced crypto startups
