What You'll Be Doing
Lead security risk assessments across enterprise systems, with growing focus on blockchain-based applications and decentralized architectures
Architect and implement robust security controls protecting sensitive data, smart contracts, and crypto-related infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices into distributed systems development lifecycles
Investigate and respond to security incidents, including those involving emerging web3 attack vectors
Advise stakeholders on evolving regulatory and compliance requirements tied to blockchain and digital asset security
Mentor junior consultants while driving innovation in security tooling and automation
What We're Looking For
7+ years of progressive information security experience, ideally spanning both traditional and blockchain-adjacent environments
Deep understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and threat modeling
Familiarity with decentralized technologies, crypto infrastructure, or smart contract security a strong plus
Proven track record leading complex security initiatives within large, matrixed organizations
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical risk into business language
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience auditing smart contracts or securing DeFi protocols
Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and distributed ledger architecture
Experience with cloud-native security tools across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Prior consulting experience within Big Four or similar global advisory firms
