This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of blockchain innovation and institutional finance—building relationships with asset managers, research analysts, and crypto-native funds while shaping how the world's top capital allocators understand distributed ledger technology and smart contract platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect scalable frameworks to identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with both traditional finance institutions and crypto-native investment firms
Craft institutional-grade investment collateral, financial briefings, and ecosystem updates that articulate Arbitrum's value proposition within the broader web3 landscape
Lead coordination of investor roadshows, partner meetings, and capital markets events spanning decentralized finance and traditional asset management circles
Own CRM infrastructure and pipeline analytics, tracking KPIs that measure Arbitrum's growing influence across the investment community
Track market sentiment, competitor positioning, and emerging trends across the digital assets space to inform strategic decision-making
Partner closely with the Head of Investment Strategy and internal stakeholders to prioritize high-value opportunities
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in investment relations, capital markets, or institutional business development
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, decentralized finance mechanics, and smart contract ecosystems
Experience building and managing CRM systems and investor pipelines at scale
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting investor-facing materials
Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
Analytical mindset with comfort navigating financial data and crypto market dynamics
Bonus Points
Direct experience within a Layer 2, rollup, or Ethereum scaling project
Existing network of relationships across crypto funds, venture capital, or traditional asset managers
Background in token economics or digital asset valuation frameworks
