Senior Product Designer - CoinGlass
About This Role
CoinGlass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the full product design lifecycle across our crypto derivatives and on-chain analytics platform. This is a rare opportunity to blend deep UX craft with visual and brand design, translating dense decentralized finance data into interfaces that feel effortless and trustworthy. You'll have real influence over how the global crypto community experiences blockchain-powered insights.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end design for CoinGlass products—research, information architecture, prototyping, UI, and usability testing
Transform complex DeFi and derivatives data (funding rates, open interest, liquidations, on-chain metrics) into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces
Create brand and marketing assets spanning illustrations, web pages, social content, and presentations
Champion the user voice through feedback loops, behavioral analytics, and usability research
Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to ship scalable, business-aligned design solutions
Evolve our design system—maintaining consistent components, visual language, and documentation across the product
What We're Looking For
Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field
5+ years of product/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work
Demonstrated graphic design skills—brand visuals, campaigns, marketing collateral
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Solid grasp of UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and design systems
Ability to distill complex crypto, smart contracts, and financial data into clear, usable flows
Excellent English communication skills and experience working across distributed, cross-regional teams
Bonus Points
Background designing for crypto, exchanges, derivatives platforms, or fintech products
Experience with dashboards, real-time data visualizations, or trading interfaces
History building or scaling design systems
Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing practices
