Senior Product Designer
About This Role
Every scam, ransomware attack, and illicit crypto transaction leaves a trail across the blockchain — and the investigators who follow that trail need tools sharp enough to keep pace with threat actors exploiting decentralized systems. As Senior Product Designer, you'll craft the AI-powered intelligence platforms that help law enforcement and compliance teams at crypto businesses trace illicit activity through complex distributed ledger data, build airtight cases, and dismantle criminal networks before more harm is done. This isn't designing another dashboard. You're shaping how humans and AI agents collaborate to investigate blockchain-based crime — where the data is massive and messy, the stakes are real, and your design decisions directly influence whether a case gets solved. Your work will show up in dismantled threat networks, safer crypto ecosystems, and communities protected from financial crime.
What You'll Be Doing
Own end-to-end design across core investigative workflows in our public and private sector products — from first sketch through to shipped feature
Define the agentic experience: how investigators delegate work to AI, verify what it surfaced from on-chain and off-chain data, and build trust in automated analysis
Design how AI agents communicate reasoning, source confidence, and uncertainty when tracing illicit crypto flows across decentralized networks
Build reusable design system patterns that scale across teams and are built for both human designers and AI tooling
Partner tightly with engineering and product through build reviews to protect quality as features ship
Embed with cross-functional pods, staying engaged through discovery, build, and launch — not just handoff
What We're Looking For
A portfolio demonstrating strong craft in complex, data-dense B2B products — sharp information architecture that holds up under real-world use
Proven ownership: you drive design forward proactively, looping in PMs and engineers early rather than waiting for direction
Experience designing product surfaces where AI or automation performs meaningful work on a user's behalf, or a strong point of view on what makes agentic design different
Systems thinking — you've built or scaled a design system and understand what drives adoption
Judgment on speed vs. polish — comfortable shipping a rough version today over a polished one next week
Comfort designing for expert users (investigators, analysts) working through high-stakes, high-volume data under pressure
Bonus Points
Experience designing for crypto, fintech, or blockchain-native products
Familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or on-chain analytics tools
Background designing trust and verification flows for AI/human collaboration
Experience working within regulated or security-focused industries
