About This Role
This isn't a ticket-taking frontend job — it's a product ownership role inside a fast-moving web3 company. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering and product design, turning ambiguous ideas into polished, intuitive experiences for people managing digital assets across decentralized networks. What You'll Be Doing
Take full ownership of complex product features — from problem discovery to shipped, iterated experience
Partner closely with product to challenge assumptions and co-design solutions for crypto-native users
Build fast, responsive interfaces in React and TypeScript that make interacting with smart contracts and blockchain data feel effortless
Rapidly prototype interactions using code, design tools, and AI-assisted workflows
Sweat the details — motion, transitions, loading states, microinteractions — that separate good products from great ones
Grow and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component library
Proactively surface and fix friction points across the wallet experience
Uphold rigorous standards for performance, accessibility, and engineering quality
What We're Looking For
5+ years shipping high-quality, customer-facing web products
Deep fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and browser internals
Demonstrated history of owning complex features end-to-end, not just isolated components
Sharp product and UX instincts — you know when something's off and how to fix it
Obsessive attention to interface polish and intentional design
Experience crafting advanced animations and interactive UI
Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning vague problems into shipped solutions
Bonus Points
Prior experience building products in crypto, DeFi, or decentralized infrastructure
Familiarity with wallet architecture, smart contracts, or blockchain data layers
Experience contributing to open-source design systems
A strong portfolio showcasing design sensibility alongside engineering depth
