Helius builds the core infrastructure that lets developers create high-performance, crypto-powered applications on Solana. Trusted by Coinbase, Phantom, Jupiter, and thousands of other teams, our APIs, webhooks, and indexing tools form the connective tissue of the Solana ecosystem. Backed by Haun Ventures, Founders Fund, and Foundation Capital, we're a small, senior team obsessed with performance, simplicity, and scalability across distributed systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full product roadmap across our developer platform — real-time streaming, historical data, RPC infrastructure, APIs, and webhooks
Spend significant time with customers (trading firms, wallets, indexers) to understand latency requirements and architectural needs for decentralized applications
Get hands-on with the product — prototype, reproduce bugs, and contribute code when it's the fastest path to shipping
Define critical product guarantees including delivery semantics, ordering, and SLAs that balance performance, cost, and simplicity
Own pricing and packaging strategy, from usage-based models to enterprise blockchain deals
Drive end-to-end launches: positioning, documentation, migration guides, and developer communications
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience on technical, developer-facing products
Comfort writing and reading code — you should be able to prototype, debug, and evaluate API ergonomics firsthand
Deep understanding of infrastructure trade-offs: throughput, fan-out, latency, and reliability
Strong instincts for translating complex technical capabilities into clear product positioning
Experience working directly with engineering teams and enterprise customers in fast-moving environments
Excellent written communication — you'll write specs and decision memos for staff-level engineers
Bonus Points
Prior experience in blockchain, web3, or DeFi infrastructure products
Familiarity with Solana, smart contracts, or on-chain data systems
Experience with usage-based or infrastructure pricing models
