What You'll Be Doing
Architect, build, and rigorously test smart contracts that serve as the core logic layer for our decentralized applications
Continuously optimize contract performance and gas efficiency while maintaining airtight security standards
Investigate emerging blockchain protocols and tools, building prototypes to validate new approaches before full implementation
Partner closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications
Apply defensive coding practices across both expected and edge-case scenarios, ensuring contracts hold up under adversarial conditions
Enforce the Principle of Least Privilege and other security-first design patterns throughout the development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent) in production environments
Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized system design
Strong grasp of secure coding principles specific to crypto and DeFi applications, including common attack vectors
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clean, well-documented technical solutions
Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders, project leads, and QA teams
Analytical mindset with a passion for researching and evaluating new distributed ledger technologies
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20/721/1155), or cross-chain bridging solutions
Familiarity with formal verification tools or smart contract auditing frameworks
Exposure to Layer 2 scaling solutions and gas optimization techniques
Prior work in fintech, financial services, or regulated crypto environments
